in first link looks link have two, one-point linear perspectives:
- bridges vanishes @ point towards right; vanishing point unseen , suggested somewhere behind buildings on right
- second vanishing point right between buildings in background, there space.

second picture uses two-point perspective:
@ top of tall building, vanishing points line top 2 corners on building.
