Why can't I go onto tumblr?

if finds solution fixed, please let me know also. i've tweeted people same problem , looked on over y! answers googling , looked answers on answers.com . no luck. 1 person on twitter said "support says they're working on problem." hope so. upset if i'd have start on new tumblr , way blog right now, how wanted it, , going good.

happened me after new "blogger" followed me, , went view blog, turns out url "http://www.tumbliq.com/login". instantly went dashboard , after did text post, thats when "http://www.tumblr.com/security-notice" url pops up. tired change password 30 times no luck.........

not not allow me go log in, blogging service seems ... non-existent, usual 'we're sorry' page not there.
