Is weight training every other day?


weight training every other day effective if it's full body workout, , nutrition increase recovery rate.

if find cannot due soreness, should start taking cold baths after workout. prevents doms , induces ...well...ms.(delayed onset muscle soreness)(muscle soreness) sooner sore, sooner start repair.

can protein intake daily.

if still can't it, may have week this:
arms shoulders
chest
legs
arms shoulders
chest
legs
rest

i'm doing currently. seeing results, mathematically, see 50% more results if every other day.

choice yours. hench either way :)
