I have had a migraine for a week?

had migraines every month days. killed me years. way handled them staying in dark no light or sound , keeping hands , feet warm. migraines caused dilated blood vessels in head, if can take pain med , warm hands , feet before headache (like heating pad) can stop headache coming. learned bandana worn snugly around forehead helped pain.

1 day read in science news magazine study had been done proved herb "feverfew" stopped migraines. not herb person, have done rid of headaches. got feverfew , said take 4 caps daily. took 2 daily 2 months , headaches stopped! worked me. now, can maybe 1 migraine every year or 2 triggered either extreme light or dental work. hey, beats 2 per month!!

found solaray excipient-free (pesticide free) feverfew works best. buy online. might try , see if helps well. hope so.

ps need take feverfew every day them keep working. not @ expensive. more of preventative.

it wont go away if take ibuprofen or tylenol.. , happens when there's light..when dark go away.. don't know why! , doctors here don't tell what's wrong. want go away!
