Ebay item has mold? what to do?

bought item ebay seller , condition came in pretty odd , disgusting. when first opened package noticed these white stains dripped ontop. small @ first when inspect it, bag had more on bag. stains huge on back. kinda mad because item described new w/ tags. rubbed spot , came off odd. on inside closely inspected , fuzzy , kinda hairy, similar mold on food. idk should do, give negative feedback? cuz dont want return , exchange because shipping super slow expedited, , takes long.
