Law governing safety of aircraft passengers?

entertainment "read only" data. instance, wanna see how far in air are, read data server, , put display. like, giving tv watch local news. can't hack station tv show wanted because impossible "hack" avionics.

brain of bird smart. smart. if sense potential threat, squawk change being identified "hi-jacked". though isn't hi-jacked system hardwired defend well. mechanical invasion, large aircrafts(and small) have ability detect "systems critical" compartment being opened, if triggered process threat without proper authorization.

kinda like, if open door house, alarm go off, intend on doing access computers hardware on pc. again, if access pc while in threat mode, encryption render access highly unlikely before flight marshal drops you, or aircraft decompression triggered.

is there law governing safety of aircraft passengers?

example: boeing 787 linked in-flight-entertainment system avionics potentially (if hacked) put passengers lives @ risk. did break laws or regulations?
