first chose dvd/cd primary boot device, insert windows os **** , reboot/reset pc, when black screen comes on , asks press anykey boot disk press litterly anykey , windows install start, follow onscreen instructions, , when part should choose install windows, click on drive want,then @ bottom click advanced delete partion(only "c", don't "d", or click on c format , select formatted partion "c" , click next, installation start.

again,there chance files , programs on "d" won't start if have path "c" or saved important files on "c" not detailed way it, hope understand risks , understand weird , strange guidline how format, if not upload step step screen shots, or maybe of pro's can better.
