i'm 15 year old male , run 100m in 12.53 , 200m in 25.49. know these aren't overly quick times session want make impact because out last session hamstring injury. member of athletics club had produced olympians , major international athletes. circuit training on tuesdays, track/plyos on thursday , hills on saturday. else can can on monday-saturday improve speed?
