Is it going to Snow in Belfast this year?

ireland can have snow late may, first few weeks in january severe. snow more exception rule.

problem ireland dampness in air causes different sensation of cold.

e.g. ireland drop 5-6 below 0 celsius maximum, add in dampness , "wind chill factor" in north , east in particular, can quite harsh, can feel as 10-12 below.
