I have a question about an annoying coworker?

work in small office (approx. 6 people). have younger coworker married uses flirty voice our field workers, flirts owner (said "hi handsome" 1 morning), gone, bitches job, bitches owner, office manager etc. of course, sucked negativity , miss worry wort (trying keep job) @ costs. if asks if project can done, right there before can boo "i'll it!". complains tummy, being cold, etc. says filing bankruptcy, comes in major expensive food every day. if make mistake, points out immediatey. on top of of that, can't add, can't spell, has terrible grammer, know how suck up. advice, time.
