How many chickens can I keep in a poultry house 6x6 x6 feet. The run is 25x 12 feet ?

recommended minimum run space per hen 2 square metres, have 24 sq. metres of run keep maximum of 12 birds. coop adequate number, bearing in mind need 1 nestbox per 3 - 4 birds, ie 3-4 boxes 12 hens. need instal perches in coop allow 9-12 inches per bird, ie 3 metres of perch space, , best have these on 1 level hens compete highest perches otherwise. it' s big mistake overcrowd hens may lead fighting, bullying , feather-pecking, , stress reduces egg production.
run should provide shelter wind , rain, maybe fix tarpaulin sides prevailing wind , rain come doesn't blow in sideways, , roofed @ least in part there dry area food can kept without getting wet , going mouldy, can instal dustbath stay dry, , hens can congregate if want. long perch in area appreciated - girls spend lot of time hanging out on perch looks out on garden.
if main aim high egg production, need buy young egglaying hybrids commercial strain, rather purebred birds not bred such high egglaying levels.
