Fantasy NBA: Is it ethical to pick up injured star players dropped by their previous owners?

question makes no sense. why think irk other owners? dropped these players.

have bench of specific size, think if have injured players should able use waiver wire expanded bench stars?

i'm thinking of adding likes of rubio , amar'e 2 weeks before cleared play, , put them first in bench list.

ethical thing do? don't want irk other owners in fantasy league i'm in.
