Are my ribs bruised/cracked/broken? 10 points?

past 2 days front ribs on left side have been killing , when feel them hurt bottom 2 pain. can't laugh/ cough/ sneeze , barely breathe. not point blank going docs i'm going hospital on 4th on jan next year ultrasound on nerve tumour in leg. besides there's nothing can do.
bruised? cracked not muscle actual bone. can barley of sofa hurts up! appreciated thanks.
p.s i'm @ hospital on 4th of jan 2013 have ultrasound on nerve tumour in leg , don't want go hospital before scan in 21days. ribs hurt bad can't move or on sofa... cracked/broken/ bruised. help
