Really slow at reading?!?

i've had trouble reading, , i've hated it. every time go read something, whether book, or article on web, takes me forever. also, read online somewhere if when read, words in head, should try out of habit if trying increase reading speed. here's question: how?!?!
also, have trouble tracking words on page, , think may have irlen's syndrome, know how cope that?!
