Why did gm shut down saturn?

gm messed saturn messed lot of other things. main problem see switched saturn being separate division own design , manufacturing , sales, name slapped on cars gm built , imported europe. once did that, there wasn't special saturn anymore.

earlier cars did have reputation being reliable not refined.

these days i'm not sure how easy or hard fix them, aren't hard fix since there lot of them made , can still find junkyard parts.

my neighbor has 97 saturn sedan dont know make , model had had forever , loves said never has problems saturn owners have trouble finding parts , repair shops
