I want a diet that will give me high healthy energy, always feel lethargic.?


wouldn't recommend of these, @ least patients see. if you're feeling lethargic, should make changes diet. i'm not sure eating though. suggest eating more fruits , vegetables. half of plate should fruits , veggies (more veggies , fruits though). people thing 50% or more of plate should big piece of meat, , that's not what's recommended general population.

eating small frequent meals keep energy up. between means can have snack yogurt, or fruit, or handful or nuts. breakfast helps start day off right. suggest meal has protein , fat, not cereal , milk. oatmeal , eggs or toast , canadian bacon.

drinking water helps well. many people disread hunger thirst. men should consume 13 - 8 oz of water. more if overweight.

also, if possible, should limit times eat out. many foods restaurants have lot of hidden fat. butter chefs best friend. can make keep groggy in high amounts.

, yes, exercise helps.

i have far seen alkaline, paleo , raw food diets. agree either of them of advise different?
