Students complain of not having enough opportunity to speak in class.what should the teacher do?

teacher should take time listen students come methods weather it's having students talk aloud 1 @ time or write paper or letter teacher individually, every teacher different, teacher should communicate students because if student feel teacher doesn't job students might loose respect in teacher , effect lot of things marks or other people's marks being nice not teacher. hate being in class no 1 has respect teach , people talking , dicking around, school should taken more other wise feels school wake people every morning
