HOW TO KEEP PUSHING THROUGH LONG RUNS DURING TRACK PRACTICE?
today first day of track. im soreeeeeeee
did -
warmups(jog three)
-jog 4 times around track
core workout
-high jumping practice
-jog sprint jog sprint around track 4 times
-600 trial
okay did outdoor track , never did else. season ended in june , have not done physicals activities within months , i'm jumping crap.
it, suppose tired, can't take it.
question how through it. don't want wimp, or gives easily.
did 2 jog sprint jog walk
600 did 3 laps , had 1 more go, couldn't take it. started seeing light , vision blurring.
have history of asthma , when run hard long time, can here lungs wheezing.
overall, can manage.
question how keep pushing , go way through.
