Failing Math Class... Horribly.?

pretty obvious lol. i'm freshman in high school , teacher on leave , have horrible substitute cannot teach @ , failing math horribly. grade in algebra went 60 19... 10 question quiz on linear equations. did on math last year doing horribly year , don't know do? i'm going try , ask help/ credit of sort @ least bring grade because failed 1st semester 61. can suggest options bring grade quick? homework time test format horrible. honest, don't hate sub, hate way teaches can't understand , i'm shy type of person not ask questions during class. i'm working on asking questions more often. yes year stupid :p suggestions bring grade appreciated
