Can I use 1TB harddisk?

unfortunately did not give important information. can use determined os , bios of computer. since p4 1gb of ram, have assume 32 bit version of windows xp. (your pc lacks specs run vista or 7).

issue os (and bios) limited in how large of hard drive can see. if drive larger limit, not see beyond limit. depending on bios, limit may anywhere 100 gb 340 gb.

news can partition drive. can make multiple "drives" out of 1 tb drive. divide several sections (such 5 200 gb drives). use 1 storing music, 1 videos, 1 pictures, 1 misc , 1 internal hard drive, example. able use entire drive, , stable. better organize files can find things.

odds p$ computer not going able recognize , use 1tb drive single partition.

i have intel p4 ddr1 ram 1gb.
can use 1 tb harddisk there problem or stable.
