How can you get popular on tumblr?

it's been year , i've reached 850 followers.. mean change theme , url once in while. not much. promos. follower trains don't work -_-, keep tumblr neat, when reblog photosets pictures go out of box , looks crappy. :) nice people! don't send rude messages. post pictures of yourself, , don't afraid c:
