My teacher is treating and grading me unfairly?

ap human geo teacher has been giving me unreasonable grades because supposedly "cheating" in class, when in reality writing homework reminder on hand. came me , slammed binder on desk , told me wash hand , never write on again. confused , tired tell wasn't doing wrong , sent me out of room. little later told situation , apologized, , said alright, , thought fine, apparently it's not. refuses answer questions, doesn't respond me when tell morning , ask how when know heard me, , pays little attention me @ all. i'm polite me , never returns courtesy, find plain rude. needless say, there no doubt in mind believed wasn't cheating.
care less how she's been treating me-- can deal it--but dislike of me reflecting on grades has been giving me! a+ student, , know doesn't guarantee in every class, , accept , take responsibility work not par. giving me crap grades on things worked butt off over. essays. example, wrote essay her, , followed rubric exactly, including asked for. gave me 80. know paper didn't deserve 80. have won multiple essay contests. in 9th grade , i'm taking senior english. know these aren't english papers, know i'm pretty , explaining myself, , understood material. compared paper few of friends (who happen know likes), , admitted deserved way better grade! tried ask it, said doesn't take questions on final grades, though i've heard answering other student's questions on same issue!
unfair , rude me , no matter how many times try talk it, won't listen! grade have in class bringing down average , can't take anymore , don't know do! please help!
