Is swimming every day bad?


no. first of all, doctors recommend minimum of 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day. means must monitor heart rate (hr) , hr should 60 80% of maximum hr. determine max hr, subtract age 220. then, determine exercising hr multiply subtrahend 0.6 , 0.8. product of 2 answers range of exercising hr. so, if 20 years old, looks ... 220 - 20 = 200. 200 x 0.6 = 120. 200 x 0.8 = 160
therefore, exercising hr should 120 160 beats per minute.

minimum of 30 minutes every day (or possible). swimming is, people, aerobic exercise. exercise can long periods of time aerobic. of course, if sprint swimming, no longer aerobic , hr high. why gave range of hrs. same hr range true of jogging or biking.

i want swim @ least 5 days week , 500 1000 reps of abs aswell monday-friday bad?
