Subaru outback 97, worth it to seriously modifie it?

let me give detail.
love subaru. far ive done cosmetics such tint, paint rims(sti bronze gold) mudflaps , few minor mods.

subaru means me want take next level in modification,
example. love able lower suspension, definitly wrx motor swap because bit cheaper sti, want new clutch, nice set of brakes, , few other minor things come after done
there few things hold me back,

1 abs seized in driver rear, cost $900. fix
rust has come through fenders, have fixed
nothern car has seen fair share of dirt snow salt rocks ect..
has 300k miles on it,
clutch mess,
needs new axle boots
rust scares me when comes suspension cause have nightmares bolts rusted , not
im nervous fitting right , being able drive out car blowing up.


iam forturnate enought car wreck free no worries bent. drives dream owners before me had no clue cars when came time check up. fixed needed tweeking. have faith in car take me 400k need bit.

@ moment willing spend $2000 year know cover either suspenion or clutch or brakes, next year willing spend possibly $3000
