Should I stop paying my mortgage now?

don't know do. bought house in 2005 400k. went against business friend's advice put nothing down. because wanted able make mortgage payments no matter what. put 50% down. 200k down.

market dropped. house worth 200k. lost 50% of value. property taxes have gone 50% since 2005 since bridgeport, live, has raised milrate dramatically. lost job year ago. way on head. bank refused me modification because unemployed. asked principal reduction, took me 4 months ridiculous paperwork deny me @ end.

if walk away house, lose 200k. if try sell it, sell 200-225. screwed. paying on 2k month no job. don't know options are. smart business decisions should make not become totally bankrupt on this. should do?
