Noisy next door neighbors boiler could explode?

unless absolutely noises hear water boiling , causing safety valves "blow off" there no danger property.

noise due faulty fan within boiler. sort of noise can loud , distressing hear. bearings failing , sooner or later seize up. common thing happen boilers have not been maintained or on ten years old.
won't cause boiler explode. internal thermostats shut down when fume extraction system stops. if keeps running there carbon monoxide risk occupiers of house.

surprising thing occupiers ignoring it. if sounds loud it's louder within house. speak occupiers , ask them report landlord. has legal responsibility safety of gas equipment in house.

if still concerned can report national grid emergency line 0800 111 999 if think potential problem exists. general national number , not matter company supplies gas premises.

my next door neighbors renting house , boiler making lot of noise has gradually been getting louder , louder , potentially explode. if explode , destroys part of house can gain compensation lack of mandatory maintenance on boiler?
