bar loads message windows loading files. starts , shows default windows background , stays there. see no taskbar, no icons, nothing mouse. have laptop dell inspiron. baught 2 months ago.

pressed boot options f12 believe , ran diagnostics , apperently hard drive has "1 or more errors"

tried doing f8 system recovery nothing.
