How to get my son to eat more of his lunch?

have talked sons teacher eating habits , still brings home or of lunch..for part eats 1 or 2 things out of it..but there days doesn't eat anything. school has 2 lunches , he's in junior kindergarten. put both lunches today made 1 sandwich, apple, plum , yogurt, pudding. 2 juice boxes. ate yogurt , pudding , 1 drink box. doesn't same thing everyday. days eats sandwich. i've taken out snacks before , left fruit , sandwich. i've made other things other sandwiches such boiled eggs, veggie tray ( loves veggie trays , eats tons of fruit @ home barely eats them @ school), ect.he eats send school @ home.. idk do. see it's effecting him, days doesn't eat anything. has no energy when gets home. suggestion spice lunch or how deal school or how him understand has eat @ school talked them few times year it.. i've talked him doesn't seem understand, i've .
