CLEAR COAT FOR PAINTING?(airbrush)?

airbrush paint acrylic or oil? if acrylic use couple coats of gell medium.

how prep surface before paint perhaps important after. if using acrylic paint lightly sand fine sandpaper, want give paint bit of texture adhere while still giving surface work on. wash gentle soap , water make sure oils off of plastic.

what clear coat apply after air brush paint? it's paint plastic, clear coat work? want paint stay on long possible without chipping.
