When going for a jog, should i run on the grass instead of the pavement?
apparently pavements damages knees in long run having shoes may prevent this, go jogs in morning area live in can quite rough, dark @ 5am not want go field, not have time after school go jog
don't have time eat before jog know bad if don't eat have banana...please answer best of ability, thanks
