professional roofers licensed, insured, , registered state, , in business of roofing, opposed isn't. non-professinal roofer might work cheaper, , might ok job, you're taking chance them. work won't garanteed, , if have problem, you're on own fixed.

chance you're taking non-professional if injured on property, can sue you. before hire friend, relative,or guy down street, consider chances you're willing take. there few things worse paying several thousand dollars new roof, find out leaks first time rains, , have no recourse.

if hire roofer, ask see license, , proof of insurance. make sure they're date, , not expired.
