Pc hangs everytime i play games..?

everytime start playing games mw2, mw3, fifa 13.. pc hangs after 5 mins of gameplay...mafia 2 nt hang.. specs-
i5 650 @3.2ghz
4gb ram @1333mhz
500gb hdd
biostar h55 hd mobo
cm elite power 350 w psu..
win 7 ultimate 64 bit
please help.. tried installing windows .. dnt hav graphic card.
