MB Trading a good broker?

looking small trading. anywhere $100 $1000. plan on doing allot of day trading , dealing penny stocks (yes, yes know. penny stocks devil. not part of question please don't tell me). i've researched mb trading may broker me. have experience them or have recommendation?

have
$5 trading
no surcharges on penny stocks
extended hour charges (wont matter me)
have heard have technical problems though.
