know need know average severity. im 14 , have fibromyalgia , 16 year old brother seems think im overreacting when flares , tells me on it. can please give me explanation can him explaining not joke, hurts bad. , know bad because im on strength sleep meds sleep , im in years everyday.

please can him explaining bad hurts , can't on pain (i know can cope with techniques , im learning them i've been in rehab week cant them yet)
