Volleyball Transitions???

play club volleyball ans don't transitions, confusing. know 1 blockers in front row , when ball on side move 10 ft line, , when ball on opponents side move net , block. other wise when see game of volleyball see these girls switching places , doing hundreds of line ups. if please explain of transitions big help. p.s. please make understandable because more of visual person. thanks!
