My yahoo voice chat button greyed out suddenly, its the latest version 11.5.PLZ HELP?

first, clear cache, cookies , history - helps. can tis @ once clicking ctrl + shift + delete browsers.
secondly, whether or not use internet explorer 8 or 9 browser, must updated (windows updates). yahoo messenger 10 or 11 not work without updated flash , java programs installed. no longer necessary delete older version first - updates install on top of older programs.
