im nanny renting or buying home isn't issue love cold , rain that's not issue either.
want know america mean in suburbs houses close have wal-mart , malls , cheap shopping because ive read vancouver expensive!, have fast food, taco bell , arbys,
far ive read negative in canada @ distance far away
