I have a McDonald's interview and oje tomorrow. Any tips?

"when had interview @ mcdonald's asked me practical questions "what types of skills have job?", "what grades in school", "are looking go college in next year?","what types of shifts able work/what availability". might ask different questions, depends on interviewer. interviewed restaurant manager, might interviewed owner or else.

did personality test multiple choice (this standard). fill out sheet , hand in , put sheet through , once results come see if match company or not.

don't remember questions long time ago. know ask stuff handling conflict co-workers, interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork situations, etc...

best thing go on previous work experiences , school experiences , able explain how can work in team environment , able handle conflicts.

references too! if can, have write letter of recommendation, or references. make sure friendly , pleasant during interview. dress well, wear suit or @ least dress shirt, tie , dress pants. know sounds extreme, competing against lot of people job. have seen people walk store interview , wearing shorts , sweater...they never got job.

also, sure ask questions company. best thing ask how training program works, ask qualities necessary job, ask how shifts work or how scheduling.

ask if want work front counter or grill. may have advertised position available, may have applied one. when applied, got choose.

don't afraid ask cross-training (getting trained on station). ask them how works :) asking questions helps them see interested in position. don't ask many. stick 3 :)
