How to stay awake all day?


should drink water, go cool place, stand up, walk about, eat fruit. have biorhythms try send sleep @ night , after lunch. urge sleep not last long , once through it, should go until next scheduled sleeptime. no longer works if have missed several nights' sleep. eating fatty foods, carbs , heavy sauces cause feel more drowsy - stick cold water , fruit.

if sleep right ruin day want sleep.how can stay awake ?
