Christmas in Lebanon and nearby countries?

love christmas. unfortunately i'll in dubai. closest recognition of christmas in dubai enormous tree in mall sake of pleasing tourists , trying prove "international city". there no respect season. muslims purposely make known not christians , don't celebrate. luckily glimpse. other lebanon, syria , jordan christmas openly ignored , unrecognised. after all, middle east has majority muslim population pointing out level of inconsideration christian minorities. muslims want recognition , first class status minorities , should apply same minorities in countries... oh wait... never mind.

so preparations ? have family traditions or on own :) ?
, lebanese people living abroad , else feels answering :p ?
