i'm @ university, , allowed watch programs on catch-up services bbc iplayer without tv license. if watch live tv, need tv license. wondering how tv licensing company, government or whoever can tell , prove if watching live tv without license. hypothetically of course ; )

have part time weekend job , in second year @ university. make £500 month. according pension funds, if pay 10% (£50) month, company double , money government means pay less £50. there different types of funds available, easiest being 'target fund' investment company moves money based on age. there index trackers , other equities/funds. can advise better long time investment.
