cant believe european country go against u.s. wonderful news. vote recognition of palestine observer state @ u.n. not independent state because requires approval 5+1 sc members.

with announcement, france becomes first major european country come out in favor, dealing setback israel. timing of announcement appears aimed @ swaying other european nations.
