I need something to pump up the heat in my bearded dragon tank?

winter bearded dragon tank isn't hot should be. basking side of tank around 85 , other side around 75 i'm looking bring whole tank 10 basking spot around 95. right have 2 basking lamps , 1 uv lamp have 2 heat pads under tank big 1 on basking side , little 1 on other side. red heat lamps produce lot of heat or here else use?
