Why won't my Ball Python eat?

2 , half weeks ago, bought ball python petsmart. said 2 months old. still hasn't eaten, though we've tried giving him frozen fuzzy 5 times. @ first, though mouse might big, called petsmart , giving him fuzzies. then, though might shedding, in 3 weeks, has showed no signs of shedding. wrong?
