not chinese people japan, korea , other east asian countries use chop sticks. these asian countries have been using chop sticks thousands of years. families have taught use of chop sticks generation generation. customary pick food multiple dishes in centre table sharing food others in company. food served in bite sized portions noodles or rice. soups eaten spoons , chop sticks used pick solid pieces.

why dont chinese use folks.
