if build exact house found on house plan site, in violation of copyright laws. need have plans drawn submit permits , bids, best off purchasing them site. include license have additional copies made needed. however, if use elements more 1 plan, , have them drawn architect or draftsman, ok. copyright held person drawing plans you, , fee pay include license. did when built house, , went well. luck.

i build own house someday, didn't know how go drawing floor plans. found set of floor plans on internet wanted do. illegal use floor plans reason? or okay?
