Blower not working in my Chevy S10 1998. Replace fuse and it blows the fuse out over and over. Any ideas?

have 1998 chevy s10. blower heat , defrost not working. changed fuse because blown. new fuse blew out. did again , again new fuse blew out. have ideas why fuse keeps blowing out heater fan? desperate , freezing , can't afford go mechanic... =(
