Nissan Transmission Oil?

well, take cars somewhere have trans serviced have dropped pan replaced filter , refilled transmissions. if there's plug drain , refill not taking pan off replace filter kind of isn't there's magnets in pan collect metal deposits , keeps them floating around in fluid, transmission ect. it's idea clean them well. opinion.

i have nissan xterra 2002 130 k. there noting done on transmission oil. flush or drain/refill oil?
best , disadvantage of doing of these?
