Is the mattress ok if mold is not on it but mold is in the room?

have bed in spare room in our basement , mold growing on far wall (across room of mattress) , in closet of room. there no mold on walls near mattress , no mold visible on box spring or mattress. bed has been in room on year. think can still use mattress?
