I need help to stay warm in morning!!!?

wear hat, gloves, scarf, , 2 pair of socks. , yes wear jacket.

see people walking around complaining being cold, don't dress stay warm. hat, scarf , gloves basic cold weather gear.

carry around hot water bottle, can dangerous.

i need stay warm in morning.
don't wear layers or jacket.
things blocking out pain , cold.
heard 1 way type of breathing. please don't more clothes!
